Our full terms and conditions are being finalised and are not published yet. We would rather say so plainly than put wording here that we have not checked.

In the meantime, these are the policies that do apply to an order placed with us, and they are in force as written:

• Shipping & Returns — delivery times, carriers, and how a return is handled.
• Privacy Policy — what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.

Your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU are unaffected by anything on this page, including the right of withdrawal on a distance purchase.

Any question about terms before you order — warranty, cancellation, trade conditions — reaches a person at contact@hemptex.earth, and we answer within a working day. If your question bears on an order you are about to place, ask first and we will confirm in writing.
